About our Tours
Thank you for your interest in visiting Wolf PAWS! Wolf PAWS is not open to the public, but we offer private tours by appointment, with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Tours usually last 1 to 1& 1/2 hours. The tour starts with a safety briefing and an overview of Wolf PAWS, followed by an outside tour of the sanctuary where we can observe and interact with our resident wolf-dogs. Please note that direct contact with our wolf-dogs is possible but not guaranteed. You will want to dress like you are going hiking (short or long-sleeved shirt, long pants, and closed toe shoes are recommended). It can be quite muddy at times too, so dress accordingly. Please keep in mind we don't allow children under the age of 10 on the tours and no pets. If you do have small children and pets coming with you, they may wait in our visitor's center or in the car, supervised by an adult as you tour.
Wolf PAWS does not charge admission for private tours. However, we do not receive any government funding and we rely entirely on donations to continue our mission to rescue wolf-dogs from euthanasia. We are 100% volunteer-based and all funds raised go directly towards the care of our resident animals and facilities maintenance.
Many people become a Pack Member for $50 which includes a "Pack Member" car magnet and a calendar that has photos of all our resident wolf-dogs, as well as a subscription to our newsletter "The Howler". You can also check out our "store" at the sanctuary where we have wolf-themed items for sale including t-shirts, calendars, and photos of our animals.
