About our Tours
Thank you for your interest in visiting Wolf PAWS! Wolf PAWS is not open to the public. We offer private tours by appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice. *NOTE: At this time, we are not requiring masks for visitors, but we ask you to practice social distancing. Our tours will be held outdoors.
Tours are limited to 4 persons and usually last ~1 hour. The tour starts with a safety briefing and an overview of Wolf PAWS, followed by a tour of the sanctuary where we can observe and interact with our resident wolf-dogs. Please note that direct contact with our wolf-dogs is possible but not guaranteed. You will want to dress like you are going hiking (short or long-sleeved shirt, long pants, and closed-toe shoes are recommended). It can be quite muddy at times too, so dress accordingly. Please keep in mind we don't allow children under the age of 10 on the tours and no pets. If you do have small children and pets coming with you, they may wait in our visitor's center or in the car, supervised by an adult as you tour. There are no restrooms facilities available. Smoking is not permitted on the premises of the sanctuary.
Wolf PAWS does not charge admission for private tours. However, we do not receive any government funding and our sanctuary is run by volunteers. We rely entirely on donations to continue our mission to rescue wolf-dogs from euthanasia and to care for our resident wolf-dogs. We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization, Tax ID 46-3490514. All contributions to Wolf PAWS are tax-deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.
Many people become a Pack Member for an annual donation of $50 which includes a "Pack Member" car magnet and a calendar that has photos of all our resident wolf-dogs as well as a subscription to our newsletter "The Howler". There are other promotional items available at varying donation levels including t-shirts, coffee mugs, calendars, and photos of our animals. We also offer products made from the fur of our wolf-dogs ("Chiengora")!

What an amazing experience! I can't say enough good things about the sanctuary; it's clear they care very deeply about their animals.
Our tour was free (wow!), lasted about an hour, and we were able to learn all about the wolf-dogs they have rescued, their backstories, how well they’re treated at the sanctuary, and what all is involved in keeping them healthy and happy.
Wolf PAWS is an extraordinary haven for wolfdogs in need. Their mission to rescue abandoned and abused wolfdogs is nothing short of inspiring.
The sanctuary provides a safe, nurturing, and loving environment where these misunderstood animals can heal and thrive. The property itself is stunning, with ample space and natural surroundings that allow the wolfdogs to enjoy a life of peace and dignity. The team at Wolf Paws is clearly passionate and knowledgeable, working tirelessly to provide the highest level of care to their residents. Each wolfdog is treated with compassion and respect, and it’s evident that the sanctuary is committed to giving them the best life possible
Amazing sanctuary and educational experience. The tour guide was so knowledgeable with all the back stories. The area is blessed to have such a wonderful resource.
